The AI Readiness Check is aimed at SMEs that:

Not suitable for:

  • purely informational discussions

  • legal opinions on individual cases

  • Large companies with an existing AI governance department

AI Readiness Check Procedure

1. Preparation

Structured recording of your deployed and planned AI systems as well as existing organisational framework conditions (e.g. responsibilities, guidelines, documentation).

The survey is conducted either via a compact preliminary questionnaire or in a structured manner during a joint appointment, depending on your initial situation.

2. Analysis

Joint structured classification of AI systems and alignment with existing governance structures.
Identification of relevant areas of action and priorities.

3. Documentation of results

You will receive a structured summary containing:

  • AI system inventory
  • Indicative classification
  • Review of the existing governance structure
  • Identified areas for action
  • Prioritised next steps

 
Note: A basic understanding of the regulatory system is helpful for focused implementation. If necessary, AI Literacy Training for your participants may be useful in advance. Please feel free to contact us.
