Hinweis zum Vorgehen:
Der AI Readiness Check setzt grundlegende Kenntnisse zu KI und dem regulatorischen Rahmen (z. B. EU AI Act) voraus. Im Vorgespräch klären wir gemeinsam, ob diese Basis für eine zielführende Standortbestimmung vorhanden ist. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, empfehlen wir als sinnvollen Einstieg unser Basic AI Literacy Training inklusive Grundlagen zum Prompting.
Grundlegende Schulung im Umgang mit KI-Systemen (AI Literacy Training)
Eine gemeinsame Grundlage für den verantwortungsvollen KI-Einsatz.
In Anlehnung an den Artikel 4 des EU AI Act bieten wir hier ein angemessenes, dokumentiertes Basistraining rund um den EU AI Act und die rechtssichere Verwendung von KI Systemen. Die angemessene Schulung der Mitarbeitenden, die mit KI Systemen arbeiten bzw. diese einsetzen, ist verpflichtend. Wir legen in dieser Schulung den Grundstein aus der allgemeinen Perspektive. Individuelle Trainings auf Basis einer bestimmten Unternehmenssituation gern auf Anfrage und/oder als empfohlene Ergänzung zum Basistraining.
Wir empfehlen dieses Training im Bedarfsfall als Vorbereitung für den AI-Readiness-Check, um eine gemeinsame Grundlage zu schaffen.

Advanced AI Literacy Training with Focus on Role based Work with AI Systems
In accordance with Article 4 of the EU AI Act, we offer appropriate role-based training on the EU AI Act and the legally compliant use of AI systems. Appropriate training of employees who work with or use AI systems is mandatory. In this training course, we deepen and expand knowledge, particularly with regard to the various roles and associated tasks and obligations. Our basic training course or equivalent knowledge is a prerequisite for participation. Individual training courses based on a specific company situation are available on request and/or as a recommended supplement to the basic training course.

A structured assessment of the existing or planned use of AI systems and their regulatory relevance within your company
Der AI-Readiness-Check ist eine bis zu zweistündige Diagnosesitzung (Pauschale, Verlängerung optional), die Unternehmen ein klares Verständnis davon vermitteln soll, wo künstliche Intelligenz in ihren Systemen und Prozessen eingesetzt wird – sowohl in sichtbarer als auch in eingebetteter, nicht offensichtlicher Form.
The session provides an overview of the regulatory obligations that may apply under the EU AI Act, GDPR and ISO/DIN 42001, and delivers a concise written report with prioritised recommendations.

Why AI awareness is essential now
AI technologies are increasingly being integrated into enterprise software, platforms, and operating systems. Many are not explicitly labelled as ‘AI,’ but they influence decision-making, data processing, and compliance responsibilities.
With the introduction of the EU AI Act, evolving GDPR requirements and new standards such as ISO/DIN 42001, companies are facing increased expectations in terms of transparency, documentation and oversight.

Each identified system is considered in the context of the EU AI Act to determine its potential risk category and associated obligations.

3. Recommendations for the next steps
Based on the analysis, you will receive practical, actionable suggestions that can be implemented internally, including:

- Refinement of internal governance processes
- Determining training or further education requirements
- Highlighting areas that require further assessment
Objective: To provide a set of prioritised measures to strengthen AI governance.
4. Individual roadmap and written report
Within three workdays of the session, you will receive a concise report with the following summaries:

This roadmap supports informed planning and decision-making for the next steps.

Who is this training for?
Employees, managers, and professionals who use AI tools in their work are invited to join the Basic AI Literacy Programme. The training is designed for AI users across all departments.
It provides the baseline level of knowledge required under the EU AI Act and serves as a starting point for future, more advanced compliance training.
